These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theinjuryavengers.com (the "Site") operated by The Injury Avengers, a brand of Kissire Law Group, P.L.L.C. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting information through our contact form, or opting in to receive text messages from our firm, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by visiting the Site, contacting us, or submitting a form. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after both you and our firm sign a written engagement agreement.

2. Attorney Advertising

The Site is attorney advertising. Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every case is different and must be evaluated on its own facts. Cases referenced on the Site may have been handled through co-counsel arrangements.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply when you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from The Injury Avengers (Kissire Law Group, P.L.L.C.).

• Consent. By submitting a form on the Site with your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from our firm at the number provided, including messages about your inquiry, appointment reminders, case updates, and follow-up communications. Consent is not a condition of hiring our firm or purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your matter.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
• Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending further messages. If you want to resume messages later, you can opt back in by contacting us.
• Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at 817-221-8888 or info@theinjuryavengers.com.
• Supported carriers. Our text messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No guarantee of delivery. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from the network operator and your device being capable of receiving messages.
• Privacy. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship Through Text

Text messages exchanged with our firm before a written engagement agreement is signed do not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information by text until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you. Statutes of limitations and other legal deadlines apply to every case, and contacting us through text, email, or the Site does not preserve your legal rights.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us and not to use the Site or our text-message program to send anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the overall design, is the property of Kissire Law Group, P.L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kissire Law Group, P.L.L.C., its attorneys, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
